Joe Esmonde, who I've been critical of, makes some very keen observations about the Trimet contracting process. We all know that if there is any corruption at all at Trimet it is via the Trimet contracts.
Contracts that nobody really understands and that routinely get set aside every time one of the contractors needs more money.
Nobody ever asks any questions when they come begging for more money either.
It's disgraceful
